  3:00 PM - 3:00 AM 6th Annual Dance-A-Thon

Bust a move for community arts! Myths and Mirrors is thrilled to announce the 6th edition of the much-anticipated Dance-A-Thon fundraiser. The event will take place from 3pm to 3am on Saturday May 26th at La Fromagerie (80 Elgin St.). The theme for this year’s event is the ’70s so participants are encouraged to dress up as their favourite ’70s icons. Non-stop music will be curated by amazing local DJs and the night includes great prizes for top pledge earners, best costumes, and more.

Visit raiseathon.ca/mythsdance to register as an individual or team of up to 4 dancers and start collecting pledges from friends, family, and co-workers.

Does dancing for 12 hours sound a little daunting? No problem, just come and dance and have a good time. Stay as long as you like. Those who just aren’t really dancers, or who can’t make it, can still make a contribution at raiseathon.ca/mythsdance

The event is about “stepping up” to a fun challenge, while supporting community arts projects that make a real difference in our community. 100% of the proceeds will go towards outreach and youth programs at Myths and Mirrors, giving opportunities for personal and collective creative expression to those rarely get the chance.
