Tap and Thirsty are out in the community and they want to meet you!

Hey Kids! Tap and Thirsty know that switching from sugary drinks to tap water is one of the best things that kids can do to stay healthy and hydrated. Find Tap and Thirsty and pick up your special Tap and Thirsty refillable water bottle. Then remember to carry it with you this summer. When you find Tap and Thirsty again, show them your water bottle, learn some great water facts and "level up" with our fun stickers for your bottle.  Tap and Thirsty can't wait to meet you and help you learn all about how Water Does Wonders! Water Does Wonders!

It takes a village....

The Healthy Kids Community Challenge is Ontario’s new drive to support the health of our children and Greater Sudbury has been chosen to be a part of it. That means new ideas and programs are coming to our community – things that make it easier for children to be active and eat healthier. These are key components to good health through adulthood.

All kinds of groups have joined forces in our community – public health, recreation centres, schools, child care centres and businesses, to name just a few. Our goal: help make our community a place where it’s easy for kids to be healthy and active. You can be a part of making it happen.
